• recompute feature projections to fix state offsets from removed event types (#11402, #10459, #11402)

  Increments the feature projection version to trigger a recomputation of tables. This resolves an issue where instances created in version 3.3.3 or earlier might have inaccurate projection states due to legacy event type removals, causing feature flags to not apply correctly.
